Role overview
Career Maker is supporting an international luxury hospitality group seeking a strategic and transformational Chief Human Resources Officer.
The role leads the people agenda across the MENA region for an ultra-luxury hospitality business.
People, culture, and service excellence are central to the organisation’s brand.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
- Regional travel is required as needed.
Required qualifications and experience
- At least 15 years of senior HR leadership experience within luxury or five-star hospitality.
- Experience leading HR at significant scale, ideally within organisations of 10,000 or more employees.
- Proven experience building high-performance, service-led cultures.
- Extensive MENA experience and understanding of regional labour markets, regulations, and nationalisation strategies.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving large-scale HR transformation.
- A master’s degree in HR, psychology, organisational development, or a related discipline is required.
- CIPD Level 7 or CIPD Fellow status is essential.
