About the Role
Progress Personnel Ltd is seeking a Chocolate Production Manager in Riyadh to oversee chocolate manufacturing and packaging operations. The role involves managing a team of 40 staff across two shifts, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all chocolate manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and minimal downtime
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to consistently meet output targets
- Drive continuous improvement through rigorous performance analysis, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 40 production staff across two daily shifts
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with relevant internal departments
- Work closely with the Quality Officer to verify products consistently meet approved specifications
- Prepare and present periodic reports on production output, efficiency metrics, and waste data
- Supervise the receipt and quality verification of incoming raw materials against approved specifications
- Collaborate with management on new recipe development and the improvement of existing product lines
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing a food or confectionery manufacturing facility
- Strong knowledge of chocolate manufacturing processes and packaging machinery
- Proven hands on experience operating, setting up, and managing chocolate production equipment including Selmi, Chocolate World, Elite Wrap Machine, and Ammar Wrap Machine
- Ability to analyze and interpret production and performance data
- Proven leadership and team management capability across large, multi shift operations

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary of SAR 15,000 (ideal baseline), with a total package of up to SAR 20,000 plus performance related profit share.
