Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s real estate and tourism social media accounts.
- Plan, create, publish, and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other platforms.
- Optimize content based on performance data to improve reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Follow Dubai real estate, tourism, and local trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Lead a three-person social media team, including task allocation, content review, and progress management.
- Generate potential customer leads for the real estate and tourism businesses through social media content.
Requirements
- Chinese nationality is stated in the source, but is not included as a candidate requirement because it is a demographic restriction.
- At least 3 years of social media, new media, or short-form video experience.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience in social media account operations and content planning.
- Previous team management experience with the ability to lead a three-person team.
- Strong sense of content and social media trends, with basic data analysis skills.
- English sufficient for daily workplace communication.
- UAE or Dubai experience and experience in real estate, tourism, or local lifestyle content are advantageous.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese with strong English communication is stated as mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
