Role Overview

Employment and Workplace

• This is a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE.
• The work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Generate leads and build relationships with investors and property buyers.
• Present off-plan and secondary-market opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai property projects, prices, and market trends.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• Fluency in Chinese or Mandarin is essential.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills are required.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-driven approach are expected.
• A UAE driving licence and own car are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• The salary package is determined according to experience and qualifications.
• The role includes attractive commission.
