Overview
We are looking for a Native Chinese Speaking Lawyer / Legal Consultant to provide legal support for equipment (machinery) purchases from China.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law in China.
- Knowledge of Chinese commercial, international trade law.
- Ability to draft purchase agreements in accordance with Chinese law.
- Ability to negotiate purchase contract terms (payment, delivery, other clauses) with the supplier.
- Legal verification of Chinese suppliers.
- Legal support for negotiating with supplier, purchases, insurance, delivery, etc.
