BIMTEC seeks a Business Development Executive (Chinese National) to expand market presence in the Middle East, focusing on Chinese clients in construction and engineering. You will generate leads, support proposals, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Support the expansion of the company’s market presence within the construction and engineering sectors
- Assist in quotation, proposal preparation, and negotiation activities for new opportunities
- Identify and maintain a list of current and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects
- Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Deliver company overview and introductory sales presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Support lead generation activities using various communication and networking channels
- Coordinate meetings and follow up activities with prospects and clients
- Promote the company’s solutions and services to targeted accounts
- Support account management activities for existing clients and partners
- Assist in preparing techno commercial proposals and bid submissions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years experience as a Business Developer/Sales in an Engineering or contracting company
- Current or previous work experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and/or Dubai (UAE) is highly preferred
- Experience working with Chinese companies, contractors, consultants, or developers is an advantage
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

- Support the expansion of the company’s market presence within the construction and engineering sectors.

Minimum Requirements

- Fluency in English. Another language is an asset.
- Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and an above average utilization of Excel and CRM (Dynamics) software.
