- At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment, finance, or sales
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills
- Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities
- In depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Valid UAE driver's license preferred
