- Meet the monthly and annual sales quota as designated by the manager.
- Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients in the designated areas/regions; visit customers to provide support, share information, and sell the Company's products.
- Identify and explore potential new clients through various methods, including networking, referrals and cold calls.
- Conduct market research, develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
- Collect past due payments from customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport; troubleshoot product-related issues and handle complaints; resolve them in a timely manner and escalate to the management as needed.
- Collaborate with purchasing department, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.
- Travel to other locations to meet with clients as needed.
- Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them.
- Input and update orders within the Company database in a timely manner.
- Maintain and safely operate the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.
- Participate in the weekly sales meetings.
- Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
- Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Obligation to answer to all management as requested.
- Able to drive for extended periods of time.
- Able to sit in a car for extend periods of time.
- Able to travel within or outside of Atlanta as needed.
- Able to talk, hear, walk, stand, smell, taste, reach, bend, kneel, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.
- Working Condition
- Noise Level: Normal to loud
- Location: Indoor in the office and at least 50% of the time in the field visiting customers, restaurants, wholesalers, distributors, etc.
