Schebler Engineered Stacks is seeking a technically minded Project Manager to manage custom-engineered stack projects from initial design through final delivery.
This position is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations, company standards, and applicable industry codes. The Project Manager works closely with customers, engineers, designers, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders to turn complex project requirements into successful, manufacturable solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with the ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and 3D models.
Lead Engineered Stacks projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, establish timelines, and track deliverables throughout each project.
Manage multiple custom projects simultaneously while adapting solutions to customer requirements and site-specific conditions.

Provide regular project updates and proactively communicate changes involving scope, schedule, budget, or project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure stack specifications meet customer expectations, company standards, and applicable industry codes.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and records throughout all phases of the project.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays, cost impacts, and other potential issues.
Review requests for quotation, specifications, and drawings to prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
Create customer designs using 3D modeling software while applying design-for-manufacturing principles.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support a successful transition from design through manufacturing and delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, construction engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
Three to five years of project management experience preferred.
Experience managing complex, technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience creating and working with 3D models required.
Experience with Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
PMP certification preferred.
