About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Chiller Technician with at least 5 years of experience to perform overhaul, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on chillers and related HVAC systems in Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on chillers and related systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose chiller and HVAC system issues
- Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and purification activities
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, or forms
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in chiller maintenance
- Experience with overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of chillers
- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery, recycling, and purifying systems
- Familiarity with vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to refrigerant handling and disposal
- Ability to supervise and guide external vendors

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working experience is required.
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnostic activities related to chillers, FCU, AHU, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery, recycling and purifying systems.
- Familiarity with vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to refrigerant handling and disposal.
- Ability to supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine tests such as checking for leaks, verifying system pressures, nitrogen charging.
- Perform routine chiller maintenance including condenser and evaporator end covers opening and closing, support heat exchanger chemical cleaning, swabbing, ECT.
- Perform refrigerant transfer, reclaim, oil extract from refrigerant.
- Perform refrigerant recycling and purification activity.
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms.
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location.
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours.
- Work effectively with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and external vendors.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures for mechanical and electrical assets related to chiller plant.
