Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on chillers and HVAC systems
- Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and purifying activities
- Execute maintenance tasks such as disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and data collection
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Perform routine tests such as leak checking, system pressure verification, and nitrogen charging
- Perform routine chiller maintenance including condenser and evaporator end covers opening and closing
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, and forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experience with overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of chillers and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery, recycling, and purifying systems
- Familiarity with vibration analysis, thermography, and predictive maintenance techniques
- Ability to supervise and guide external vendors
- Adherence to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
