Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities within an indoor playground.
Create a well-rounded program combining fun, creativity, and early childhood learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement structured daily and weekly children’s activity schedules.
- Lead arts and crafts, sensory play, storytelling, and early learning programs.
- Support children’s cognitive, social, and motor skill development.
- Adapt activities for different age groups and developmental levels.
- Prepare materials and organize safe, visually appealing activity areas.
- Supervise and engage with children to maintain a fun and safe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in activity areas.
- Align programs with seasonal themes and special events.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently based in Qatar.
- A valid QID with transferable sponsorship and NOC availability is required.
- A background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience working with children is required.
- Strong creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- An energetic, patient, and passionate approach to working with children is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in arts and crafts, music, or early learning programs is preferred.
- First Aid or CPR certification is a plus.
