Childcare Worker

Victory Church is seeking temporary, part-time team members to lead children’s groups during our fall Reframe Soul Care Groups.

This role supports children while their mothers participate in the women’s Soul Care group experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid clearances, including:

• FBI Fingerprinting
• Must apply through Victory Church.
• Must be approved by the Victory Kids Director and the Executive Operations Pastor.
• Must be available for the majority of Tuesday evenings from 6:00–8:30 p.m.

Soul Care Kids Group Leaders are responsible for leading a group of children through a safe, welcoming, and engaging 90-minute experience.

Leaders will guide children through the provided Bible story, worship, prayer, and activities while modeling Christlike behavior and creating a positive environment for every child.

• Lead children through the provided Bible story, activities, worship, and prayer.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child throughout the group experience.
• Nurture children in a growing relationship with Jesus by modeling Christlike behavior.
• Prepare and maintain needed supplies each week, including:
• Snack-time items
• Activity supplies from the curriculum
• Bible story props
• Maintain classroom cleanliness by:
• Wiping down tables
• Wiping down toys
• Taking out the trash at the end of the evening
• Preparing the room so it is Sunday-ready at the end of each session
