Responsabilités
- Translate business ambitions into a clear and prioritized technology roadmap.
- Orchestrate the digital project portfolio and track schedules, budgets, and expected benefits.
- Deploy artificial intelligence and automation according to business value.
- Structure data governance and strengthen business intelligence in decision-making.
- Redesign processes, service models, and ways of working to improve organizational performance.
- Mobilize internal teams around technology changes and promote adoption.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms to communicate results to senior leadership in real time.
- Align transformation, security, and infrastructure with technology leadership.
- Measure digital initiative impacts and document realized gains.
- Arbitrate technology priorities according to business needs and required investments.

- More than 15 years of technology experience.
- Significant experience leading complex end-to-end digital transformations.
- Experience with ERP modernization projects and cloud platforms.
- Experience with data, business intelligence, applied artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience managing a large-scale technology project portfolio.
- Ability to build business cases, assess returns, and make budget trade-offs.
- Experience in change management and mobilizing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
- Ability to translate business issues into technology directions and priorities.
- Experience measuring and documenting transformation benefits.
- Fluent French and functional English communication skills.
