Our Doha office plays a central role in leveraging technology to enhance resident experiences, ensure operational resilience, and drive innovation across the GCC.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, oversee digital transformation strategies, and align IT innovation with organizational goals.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that support growth and long-term competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- **Technology Strategy**: Define and implement enterprise-wide technology frameworks.
- **Digital Transformation**: Drive adoption of smart housing technologies, IoT, and AI-driven solutions.
- **Innovation Leadership**: Introduce emerging technologies to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency.
- **Risk Management**: Identify technology-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with executives, operations, and finance teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor IT professionals and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of **enterprise technology frameworks** and GCC digital environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in multinational or regional residential or infrastructure organizations preferred.
