- Oversee AI/ML initiatives and drive technology innovation
- Scale SaaS platforms to high transaction volumes
- Manage and grow distributed engineering teams
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, zero trust)
Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive technology leadership
- Minimum 5 years as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering at a high growth company
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms to high transaction volumes
- Managing distributed engineering teams of 40+ people
- Deep hands on expertise in RegTech, FinTech, GovTech, HRTech, or digital identity/background verification
- Experience building and deploying production AI/ML pipelines
- Strong cloud architecture credentials (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices/event driven architecture
- Proven cybersecurity leadership: ISO 27001, SOC 2, zero trust architecture, incident response
- Experience merging or consolidating engineering organisations
- Track record of implementing AI assisted development tooling

Role Overview

- CTO role with a clear path to evolve into a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO).
Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering at a high growth company.
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS platforms to high transaction volumes (millions of API calls/verifications per day) and managing distributed engineering teams of 40+ people.
- Deep, hands on expertise in at least one of: RegTech, FinTech, GovTech, HRTech, or digital identity / background verification.
- Demonstrable experience building and deploying production AI/ML pipelines: document intelligence, OCR, NLP, fraud detection.
- Strong cloud architecture credentials (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices/event driven architecture.
- Proven cybersecurity leadership: ISO 27001, SOC 2, zero trust architecture, incident response.
- Experience merging or consolidating engineering organisations — ideally reducing cost while improving output.
- Track record of implementing AI assisted development tooling to meaningfully accelerate engineering velocity.
