Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology build with the CEO, CPO, product owners, partners, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate technology trade-offs, oversee vendor engineering engagements, and deliver capabilities from MVP through global rollout.
- Work with partners, fintechs, co-creation clients, and business teams to expand the product offering and geographic footprint.
- Coordinate and evaluate technology opportunities with engineering teams to sustain competitive advantage.
- Establish governance, internal processes, policies, standards, and technology operations.
- Lead incident management, problem management, service levels, and business continuity processes.
- Provide thought leadership in machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of AWS, cloud-native services, and elastic infrastructure.
- Expert background in the .NET technology stack, distributed systems, authentication, asynchronous event processing, message queues, and architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming practices, entity frameworks, dynamic reflection, and reusable interfaces.
- Experience with third-party integrations through HTTP/REST APIs and host-to-host FTP file exchange.
- Knowledge of OWASP, secure-by-design principles, secure coding, code scanning, unit testing, and dependency management.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of AWS or another mainstream cloud provider, cloud-native services, and elastic infrastructure.
- Expert background in the .NET technology stack.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, authentication, asynchronous processing, message queues, and architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of modern object-oriented programming practices, entity frameworks, dynamic reflection, and reusable interfaces.
- Experience integrating third-party systems through REST APIs and host-to-host file exchange.
- Subject matter expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, or DevSecOps applications.
- Knowledge of OWASP, secure-by-design principles, secure coding, code scanning, unit testing, and dependency management.
