Role Description
Lead the development, evaluation, and execution of long-term strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Assess market trends, analyze internal performance, and identify growth opportunities across services and regions.
Collaborate with executive leadership on business plans, priorities, measurable objectives, and resource allocation.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for organizational decision-making.
- Guide cross-functional teams through key strategic projects.
- Monitor progress against strategic KPIs.
- Advise on partnerships, investments, and risk management to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic and business planning capabilities, including experience designing and implementing long-term initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, assess market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of finance for evaluating budgets, investments, and the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Proven executive management experience with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and guide cross-functional teams.
