- Lead the group’s shared services strategy, consolidating and optimising functions including HR, Finance Operations, Procurement, IT, Administration, and Corporate Services
- Establish service standards, improve operational efficiency, implement automation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement
- Ensure shared services operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining high levels of governance, cost optimisation, and internal customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Extensive executive leadership experience overseeing shared services within large, diversified organizations
- Strong expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, governance, ERP implementation, and service delivery models
- Experience leading multi functional corporate support teams within the GCC is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management

The Role
- The Chief Shared Services Officer will lead the group’s shared services strategy, consolidating and optimising functions including Human Resources, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and Corporate Services.
- The role will establish service standards, improve operational efficiency, implement automation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement across the organisation.
- Working closely with the executive leadership team, the CSSO will ensure that shared services operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining high levels of governance, cost optimisation, and internal customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess extensive executive leadership experience overseeing shared services within large, diversified organisations.
- Strong expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, governance, ERP implementation, and service delivery models is essential.
- Experience leading multi functional corporate support teams within the GCC is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver enterprise wide operational improvements.
