Role Overview
Serve as Chief Security Architect for a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate with flexibility for some work from home.
Define and maintain security architecture across systems, networks, applications, and data.
Protect sensitive information while advising leadership and collaborating with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess risks and design secure architectures and controls for geospatial data platforms and operational systems.
- Integrate security into infrastructure, applications, and workflows with engineering, IT, and operations teams.
- Develop policies, standards, and guidelines; oversee security reviews and threat modeling.
- Support regulatory and best-practice compliance, monitor emerging threats, and guide incident response.
- Advise leadership on security strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong security architecture design skills with enterprise-wide framework and reference architecture experience.
- Application security and cybersecurity experience, including secure software design, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Network and information security experience, including network design, encryption, identity and access management, and data protection.
