Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Work with business units to embed risk controls and monitor risk metrics.
- Oversee crisis management, insurance programs, and risk reporting to the board.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in finance, risk management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (FRM, CRM) preferred.
- 10–15+ years in risk management, audit, or finance with leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, regulatory, and stakeholder communication skills.
Typical Metrics
- Risk exposure measures, loss events, key risk indicators (KRIs), stress-test results, compliance breaches.
Experience Level
- Executive; reports to CEO or CRO-equivalent (board level reporting common).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,200.00 per hour
