Position summary

The Chief Revenue Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Executive Leadership Team.

The role leads global revenue growth strategy and oversees sales, trading, business development, partnerships, client relationships, marketing, and commercial operations.

Global sales and trading

Develop and execute global sales and trading strategy while balancing growth, profitability, risk, client objectives, and market opportunities.
Lead global sales, trading, and client coverage teams serving banks, financial institutions, and strategic clients.
Grow revenue across foreign exchange, banknote trading and distribution, liquidity solutions, and other market-facing offerings.
Partner with Treasury, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Product to support execution, scale, and client experience.
Build senior financial-market relationships and ensure sales and trading activities meet regulatory, control, compliance, and industry standards.

Revenue and commercial strategy

Develop a global revenue growth strategy that strengthens the institution's position with central banks and major financial institutions.
Set growth objectives and align commercial functions to revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to drive sustainable growth and differentiation.
Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract strategies for major international client engagements.

Business development and clients

Build executive-level relationships with central bank governors, treasury officials, banking executives, government decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
Expand existing client relationships and drive new business opportunities across global markets.
Lead commercial efforts for currency modernization programs, banknote supply agreements, and strategic financial services partnerships.
Drive cross-selling and client penetration across banking, currency, and technology solutions.
Engage clients and stakeholders effectively across diverse geographic regions.

Partnerships and leadership

Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion opportunities.
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments aligned with long-term objectives.
Shape commercial strategy, global client experience, and international expansion during a period of significant growth.
