Chief Projects Delivery Officer

We are currently retained by one of the UAE’s leading property developers with an impressive profitable portfolio of projects built up over the last 20 years covering a diverse range of asset classes incl. Residential, Mixed-Use, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial & Education developments. Due to a recent restructuring and major expansion of their real estate development team with the launch of several new major projects across the UAE, we now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chief Projects Delivery Officer to lead the new project delivery teams. Reporting to the CEO, Project Delivery & either based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you will be responsible for the overall project delivery covering all the activities from planning to delivery within the agreed budgets, timelines & HSEQ requirements in line with the company’s overall delivery targets. You will be supported by an experienced team of Project Directors & project delivery staff covering all verticals along with leading international PMCs & consultants.
