Role Overview

  • Chief Product Officer Global Fintech Platform, Dubai or Malaysia.
  • This is a pure Chief Product Officer role for a global fintech group operating across prop trading and regulated retail FX/CFD brokerage.
  • We are only considering candidates with deep, direct, hands on product leadership experience inside a regulated retail FX/CFD broker, prop trading firm, or multi asset online brokerage.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • As Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the end to end product portfolio across both businesses.
  • Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will define multi product strategy, build a measurable roadmap tied to revenue, retention, and trust outcomes, and elevate product management capability across regions.
  • This role sits at the intersection of growth and regulation.
  • You will shape how products are conceived, prioritised, measured, and governed, balancing speed with compliance and experimentation with stability.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Define a clear, differentiated product strategy tied to revenue growth, retention, trust, and risk outcomes.
  • Brokerage & Growth Engine Development: Architect the brokerage growth engine across the full lifecycle.
  • Capability Building & Product Operating System: Implement a modern product development operating system.
  • Regulatory Readiness & Trust by Design: Embed compliance and risk by design principles across product workflows.
  • AI Native Product Execution: Drive an AI builder mindset across product and design.

What You Bring (Non Negotiable)

  • 12+ years of direct product leadership experience inside a regulated retail FX/CFD broker, prop trading firm, or multi asset online brokerage.
  • Minimum 5 years at C suite or direct report to CEO level, owning multi product portfolios across trading platforms, deposits/funding, CRM, copy trading, social trading, prop firm challenges, or similar.
  • Demonstrable ownership of the trader lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, KYC, first deposit, first trade, retention, reactivation, churn.
  • Proven experience leading distributed product teams across multiple countries or regions, ideally across MEA, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Deep capability in defining product strategy, positioning, and customer value narratives in regulated trading environments.
  • Strong discovery discipline: able to derive truth from data and user insight rather than opinion.
  • Comfort operating across multiple products with distinct metrics, risks, and constraints.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable product development operating systems.
  • Strong instinct for embedding compliance, risk, and auditability into product workflows.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Risk & Compliance, and with an engineering counterpart (CTO), maintaining delivery speed and clarity.

What Will NOT Be Considered

  • Career experience predominantly in general fintech, payments, acquiring, card processing, EMI, neo banking, or wallet platforms.
  • Career experience predominantly in banking IT, enterprise architecture, core banking, treasury platforms, or wholesale transaction banking.
  • Career experience predominantly in retail e commerce, marketplaces, telco, insurance, education, mobility, or general consumer SaaS.
  • Advisory, consulting, interim, or fractional product leadership careers without permanent broker operator tenure.
  • Pure UX/design leadership careers without product P&L and roadmap ownership.
  • Blockchain protocol or Web3 product leadership careers without retail FX/CFD broker tenure.
