In India, Generac entered the market in 2019 through the acquisition of Captiva Energy Solutions, a bespoke generator manufacturer. The local headquarters and manufacturing facility are based in Kolkata, supported by regional and remote offices across India. Generac has ambitious growth plans for India, positioning the country as a strategic market within its global footprint.

This is a high-impact operational leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Generac Captiva Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, project execution, service operations, and Environment, Health and Safety, ensuring that operational capabilities support the Company’s commercial strategy and growth objectives in India.
