Role Description
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Invoicera will oversee day to day operations, ensuring that workflows, processes, and teams support the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
- The COO will lead operational planning, optimize cross functional processes, and ensure efficient delivery of billing solutions across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Align operations with business strategy, manage budgets and financial performance, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
- Partner with senior leadership on risk management, compliance, and scalability, while mentoring operational leaders and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning, with experience leading complex, technology enabled workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into operational and strategic actions.
- Solid background in Finance and Budgeting, including managing P&L, optimizing costs, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including building high performing teams and driving cross functional collaboration.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environments, ideally with global operations and multi country clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Dubai, maintaining high standards of integrity, inclusivity, and operational efficiency.
