Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, define and implement business strategies, and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
The role involves planning and managing budgets, analyzing performances, and ensuring sustainable growth.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with leadership teams, managing resources, and driving organizational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills paired with a strategic mindset
- Understanding of Finance and proficiency in Budgeting processes
- Effective decision-making and leadership abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline is preferred
- Experience in EdTech or HRTech sectors is advantageous
