About the Role
Lead the operations function and provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership across the organization.
Oversee day-to-day operations, business performance, strategic execution, resource planning, process improvement, risk management, and organizational efficiency.
Work with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company operations, develop operational strategies, and translate strategic plans into measurable initiatives.
- Oversee productivity, costs, KPIs, policies, procedures, systems, controls, workflows, resources, and organizational structures.
- Improve efficiency, profitability, productivity, service quality, and digital and operational innovation.
- Lead management and operational teams, establish accountability, and manage operational risks and continuity measures.
- Oversee suppliers, partners, service providers, and stakeholders; support expansion, investments, new markets, and strategic projects.
- Ensure compliance with UAE business, employment, and regulatory requirements.
- Present performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive operations, business-management, or senior executive leadership experience.
- Experience leading complex operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic, commercial, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of business planning, performance management, process optimization, risk management, corporate governance, and operational controls.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience with ERP, business-management, and operational systems.
- An MBA, prior comparable executive role, transformation experience, organizational development, and international management experience are preferred or advantageous.
- Knowledge of the UAE business environment is highly desirable.
