🌟 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven

to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and drive sustainable business growth.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the COO will be responsible for translating business strategy into operational execution, improving organizational efficiency, strengthening processes and performance, and ensuring that different functions work effectively toward common business objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams and scalable business systems.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the organization’s overall day-to-day operations.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and implement strategic priorities.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable results.
Oversee business functions, departments, and cross-functional operations.
Establish and improve operational policies, procedures, systems, and workflows.
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and business performance.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs and performance-management frameworks.
Analyze business performance data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead organizational transformation, restructuring, expansion, and change-management initiatives.
Ensure effective coordination between finance, HR, sales, marketing, technology, and other business functions.
Develop scalable systems and processes to support business growth.
Oversee resource planning, workforce requirements, and operational budgets.
Monitor operational costs and ensure effective use of company resources.

Strong executive leadership and operational-management capabilities.
Proven experience in senior management, operations, general management, or a similar executive role.
Strong track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance.
Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational structures.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to lead multiple departments and manage complex business operations.
Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, budgeting, and business analytics.
Ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
Strong change-management and organizational-development capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of business systems, technology, and operational tools.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant executive qualification is an advantage.
Significant experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
Proven experience managing teams, departments, or multi-functional operations.
Experience developing and implementing business strategies and operational processes.
Demonstrated experience in organizational growth, transformation, or expansion.
Knowledge of UAE business and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Professional qualifications or executive-management certifications are an advantage.
