- Handle specific tasks and projects for the MD, end to end
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or engineering in the UAE
- Strong commercial awareness comfortable with costs, quotations, and numbers
- Experienced with government entities, consultants, contractors, and/or suppliers in Dubai
- Highly energetic and respectful of others
- Practical and creative problem solver
- Clear in meetings and in writing
- Good English (Required)
- Good Arabic (Preferred)

- Albanna Conwood has built luxury villas in Dubai for over 45 years. As the company grows, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work alongside the Managing Director.
You will:
- Manage the MD’s priorities and follow up across the team to keep work on track
- Track projects through effective coordination and reporting
- Review proposals to support decisions
- Propose optimizations in the company and help implement them
- Handle specific tasks and projects for the MD, end to end
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or engineering in the UAE
- Strong commercial awareness comfortable with costs, quotations, and numbers and very resourceful
- Experienced with government entities, consultants, contractors, and/or suppliers in Dubai
- Highly energetic and respectful of others
- A practical and creative problem solver

- Good English; good Arabic is highly recommended but not required
