Chief of Staff / Strategic Deal & Execution Manager

**Salary:** AED 4,000 to AED 5,000/- per month

We are looking for a **high-performance professional** to work directly with the Founder on **business strategy, deal evaluation, and execution management** across real estate, infrastructure, and investment projects.

This is a **core leadership support role**, not a support function — ideal for someone who can **think, analyze, and drive outcomes** in a fast-paced environment.

**Evaluate and structure business opportunities, including real estate and investment deals** Build financial models (ROI, IRR, cost & revenue structures) and assess feasibility **Convert discussions into structured plans, reports, and execution roadmaps** Track and drive execution across multiple projects, stakeholders, and partners **Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them** Support investor discussions, presentations, and strategic initiatives

**1–2 years of experience in consulting, investments, real estate, infrastructure, or strategic roles** Strong financial and commercial acumen **Proven ability to handle multiple projects and drive execution** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint** High ownership mindset with the ability to work directly with leadership

**MBA (Finance / Strategy), CA, CFA, or Engineering with relevant experience** Prior exposure to deal structuring, financial modeling, or founder’s office roles
