Job Purpose
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Founder & CEO, supporting executive operations, strategic initiatives, corporate communications, and stakeholder management across the organization.
This is not a traditional executive assistant role, but a high-impact position requiring strong business acumen, communication capabilities, organizational excellence, and a modern understanding of AI tools and workflow optimization.
Job Duties & Accountabilities
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to manage strategic priorities, executive communications, business initiatives, and daily operational matters.
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, presentations, briefing materials, correspondence, and follow-up actions to ensure effective prioritization and execution.
- Leverage AI tools and modern productivity platforms to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, enhance communication efficiency, and support executive decision-making.
- Lead and support executive communications, PR, and corporate messaging initiatives including speeches, presentations, talking points, thought-leadership content, and stakeholder communications.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Founder & CEO and internal teams, clients, business partners, media representatives, and external stakeholders.
- Track and manage strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective follow-through across departments.
- Conduct research, prepare executive reports and briefing notes, and provide insights on market trends, business opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Represent the Founder & CEO in selected meetings, networking engagements, and strategic discussions when required.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on corporate priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience within executive office, strategic communications, operations, consulting, business analysis, or other fast-paced and high-performance environments.
- Strong background in PR, executive communications, stakeholder management, business operations, strategic planning, data analysis, or performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and support executive decision-making through insights and reporting.
- Practical understanding and active use of AI tools.
