- Establishing governance structures, clinical pathways, and operational processes prior to launch
Accreditation & Regulatory Excellence
- Leading the organisation's accreditation journey
- Supporting compliance with national and international healthcare standards
- Preparing the organisation for JCI and other internationally recognised accreditation programmes
