About Sanne

  • Fashion has become predictable. At Sanne, we're building a new model for luxury fashion—one where every garment is made exclusively for the individual who ordered it, powered by technology.
  • We are looking for an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to become one of the founding leaders of Sanne.

What You Will Own

  • Build and lead the entire marketing organisation. Own marketing strategy, budget, planning, KPIs, hiring, agency selection and cross functional alignment.
  • Shape Sanne's global narrative, positioning, tone of voice and cultural relevance.
  • Own revenue growth through marketing, including ecommerce strategy, conversion optimisation, paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, newsletters, SEO, AEO, attribution, analytics, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build a global community through collectors, ambassadors, affiliates, founders, tastemakers, private dinners, hospitality partnerships, members' clubs, experiential activations, retail events and brand collaborations.
  • Lead global PR strategy alongside the Head of Social Media Content & PR.
  • Lead launch strategy for stores, pop ups, technology, collections and collaborations.
  • Champion AI, retail technology, live shopping, automation and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with the CTO to ensure robust measurement through GA4, attribution, dashboards and reporting.
  • Recruit, mentor and inspire a high performing marketing team and specialist agency network.

Who You Are

  • You combine exceptional taste with exceptional commercial instinct.
  • You understand luxury, and are endlessly curious, constantly learning, and naturally explore emerging platforms, AI tools, creator ecosystems and consumer behaviour before they become mainstream.
  • You are decisive, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership across brand, growth and digital marketing.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, premium consumer or culturally relevant brands.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, CRO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, affiliate marketing and digital analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GA4, attribution and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing PR, influencer programmes, partnerships and community initiatives.
  • Experience launching products, stores, pop ups or entering new markets.
  • Experience selecting and managing agencies while building internal teams.
  • Commercial mindset with accountability for revenue growth.
