Cequire Capital is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer for one of its portfolio projects.

The role requires an experienced Web3 marketing leader with hands-on experience in token-based projects.

The leader will combine strategy and execution to build visibility, credibility, community, and adoption for a token project.

Develop the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy for the token project.
Define token positioning, messaging, narrative, and market differentiation.
Increase token visibility, distribution, awareness, adoption, user growth, and community growth.
Develop partnerships with Web3 companies, exchanges, ecosystems, communities, KOLs, media, investors, and other stakeholders.
Represent the project at blockchain events, conferences, panels, interviews, and networking sessions.
Oversee digital marketing, community marketing, content, PR, influencer campaigns, events, partnerships, and brand communication.
Define measurable marketing KPIs and track campaign and business performance.
Build and manage the marketing team, agencies, consultants, and strategic partners.

5–8 years of relevant professional experience with significant exposure to token, blockchain, or Web3 projects.
Proven experience marketing and positioning a cryptocurrency or blockchain token.
Strong understanding of token positioning, distribution, community growth, market adoption, and Web3 go-to-market strategies.
Experience developing relationships with exchanges, KOLs, communities, media, investors, projects, and ecosystem partners.
Strong professional network within the global Web3 and crypto industry.
Experience representing projects at international conferences, networking events, and panel discussions.
Demonstrable experience delivering measurable marketing and growth KPIs.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Must be willing to work on-site in Dubai.

Experience with established or high-growth token projects is particularly valued.
Relevant measurable results may include token awareness, community growth, user acquisition, market adoption, partnerships, KOL activation, event visibility, brand awareness, or geographic expansion.
