- Define and execute the overall marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead brand positioning, market expansion, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives
- Build and mentor a high performing marketing team
- Own end to end performance marketing strategy across paid search, social media, display, video, mobile, and emerging channels
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize ROI
- Build, scale, and manage a robust affiliate marketing ecosystem
- Establish strategic relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, and media partners
- Strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and customer loyalty through integrated campaigns
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure business impact
- Drive marketing technology adoption, automation, and AI powered marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven expertise in Performance Marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable revenue growth
- Deep experience building and scaling Affiliate Marketing programs and strategic partnership networks
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, attribution, and lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing marketing teams and manage large scale budgets
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision making capabilities
- Experience working in fast growing, digitally driven business environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive leadership skills
