A fast-scaling health tech company operating across the UAE and KSA is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer.

Workplace
- This is a hybrid role.
- The candidate should be based in or open to the UAE or KSA.
The role
- Own the full marketing strategy across B2C and B2B2C.
- Build data-driven systems around customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, cohort analysis, and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead a team of seven or more across brand and digital.
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to create integrated growth loops.
- Position the brand as a leading name in proactive digital healthcare across the Middle East.
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth consumer, digital health, or technology-driven businesses.
- Track record of scaling marketing performance rather than only managing marketing activity.
- Experience with performance marketing, attribution, and retention.
- Hands-on builder who can execute rather than only delegate strategy.
- Based in or open to the UAE or KSA.
