Chief Instructor
- to lead our instructional teams, shape high-quality outdoor education programmes, and help young people develop skills that last a lifetime.

- Believes in experiential, curriculum-linked learning
- Is passionate about mentoring instructors and setting high standards
- Understands that safety, learning, and adventure go hand in hand
- You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful outdoor experiences across our programmes, while helping guide the next generation of instructors and leaders.
