Responsibilities
- Serve as the CISO responsible for the cybersecurity program in accordance with NYDFS Part 500 requirements
- Lead the organizational process for determining materiality of cybersecurity incidents and oversee disclosures
- Provide quarterly Material Security Risk briefings to the Audit Committee
- Establish governance and security framework for autonomous AI agents
- Oversee security of end to end stablecoin lifecycle
- Architect comprehensive security model applying zero trust principles
- Transition from manual GRC to Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) with Policy as Code
- Foster culture of security built in from start with automated guardrails
- Own global Incident Response and Business Continuity plans; lead tabletop exercises
- Manage security lifecycle of critical banking and ICT partners
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of subject matter experts in a distributed, remote first environment
Requirements
- CISSP required, or demonstrably equivalent executive credential (CISM, CCISO, or CISA)
- 12+ years in Information Security
- Significant experience in a NYDFS regulated or SEC reporting environment
- Proven success in distributed, cloud driven (AWS/GCP) organizations
- Experience with stablecoin protocols or AI driven financial tools is a strong advantage
- Master's degree (Cybersecurity, MIS, or MBA) and/or senior level professional designations like GSLC preferred

- As the company scales its Agentic AI and Stablecoin settlement infrastructure, you will lead a progressive security function that moves beyond check the box compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Ownership and Executive Governance: Serve as CISO for NYDFS Part 500, lead materiality determination, provide board briefings, maintain global awareness.
- AI Governance and Stablecoin Infrastructure: Establish security framework for AI agents, oversee stablecoin lifecycle security, implement zero trust, transition to CCM.
