Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration (IT focus), or a related field.
Seven (7) years of progressively responsible Information Technology leadership experience in a complex operational environment, including at least five (5) years of supervisory, management, or functional leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated experience in technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure oversight, budget administration, vendor management, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Education Master's degree in a related field.
Professional certifications such as CGCIO, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, or equivalent credentials.
Experience in public sector, transportation, transit, rail, aviation, utilities, or other mission-critical operational environments.
