We are hiring a
strategic and execution-focused CIO / Head of Technology & Transformation
for a leading, high-growth enterprise operating across the GCC and India.
This role will drive end-to-end technology modernization, enterprise integrations, and large-scale digital transformation to enable business scalability, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
Enterprise Technology Transformation
- Lead modernization of legacy systems into scalable, integrated enterprise platforms
- Drive organization-wide digital transformation aligned with business priorities
- Oversee architecture and integration across ERP, CRM, payroll, and internal systems
Business Alignment & Roi
- Translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes and ROI
- Build value-based prioritization frameworks for technology programs
- Partner with leadership to drive cost optimization and revenue enablement
Technology Adoption At Scale
- Lead change management and enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies
- Build internal capabilities through training, upskilling, and stakeholder engagement
- Foster a culture of digital innovation and technology-first thinking
AI, ML & Digital Enablement
- Define and deploy AI/ML and GenAI use cases across business functions
- Drive automation, analytics, and decision intelligence initiatives
- Scale high-impact digital solutions across the organization
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Establish enterprise data platforms, governance, and quality standards
- Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for decision-making
- Position data as a strategic asset across business units
Cybersecurity & Risk Governance
- Implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity, compliance, and risk frameworks
- Ensure resilience, business continuity, and secure technology adoption
- Balance innovation with governance and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, and technology leadership
- Strong experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Expertise in data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven transformation
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Strong track record of managing budgets, vendors, and ROI-driven programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
