Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's enterprise IT and digital transformation strategy.
- Lead all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and data governance.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies.
- Oversee enterprise architecture, IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage IT budgets, strategic technology investments, vendor partnerships, and procurement.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and robust cybersecurity frameworks.
- Monitor technology performance through KPIs and drive operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing IT leadership and technical teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Exceptional executive leadership and strategic decision making skills.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, data governance, and IT strategy.
- Excellent commercial acumen and ability to align technology with business objectives.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven success in leading organizational change and large scale technology programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

- In this executive role, you'll lead the organization's technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
