- Lead the group’s overall human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with long term business objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including organisational development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR operations

- Ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent

- Significant executive level HR leadership experience within large, diversified organisations or complex multi business environments
- Proven expertise in developing and executing enterprise wide people strategies, organisational transformation, talent management, and leadership development
- Experience operating within the GCC, preferably Qatar, is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen

The Role
- The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the group’s overall human capital strategy, aligning people initiatives with the organisation’s long term business objectives.
- The role will oversee all HR functions, including organisational development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR operations.
- Working closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team, the CHRO will drive organisational effectiveness, develop leadership capabilities, and ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- The role will also lead HR transformation initiatives, modernise policies and systems, strengthen governance and compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all business units.
Candidate Profile
- Significant executive level HR leadership experience within large, diversified organisations or complex multi business environments.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing enterprise wide people strategies, organisational transformation, talent management, and leadership development.
- Experience operating within the GCC, preferably Qatar, is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence executive decision making while building a high performing organisational culture.
- A strategic mindset, executive presence, and the ability to lead change at scale are critical for success in this role.
