- Develop technology roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, security, scalability, and customer experience
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage technology investments, budgets, vendor partnerships, and IT resources
- Ensure fintech platforms comply with company policies, industry regulations, and information security standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth
- Monitor technology performance and drive continuous improvement across systems and operations

Requirements
- Experience in financial technology, information technology, banking, digital payments, software, or a related field is preferred
- Previous executive or leadership experience is an advantage

- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
