Responsibilities
- Own consolidated forecast and budgeting cycle across all GCC entities
- Lead audit of historical financials and ongoing annual cycle
- Establish IFRS compliant consolidated reporting across the group
- Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and receivables cycle
- Manage UAE corporate tax and VAT, KSA tax and Zakat, and transfer pricing
- Partner with founder and country leads on contract pricing and margin analysis
- Recruit and lead a lean, high calibre finance function
- Take financial oversight of founder's other business interests
- Lead the financial workstream of the group's growth capital raise end to end
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at CFO, deputy CFO or finance director level
- Full ownership of forecasting, controls, tax/treasury and commercial finance in a multi entity environment
- Experience building or upgrading finance functions in a high growth business
- Led a fundraise, sale or institutional capital event end to end on the company side
- Knowledge of GCC operating environment: UAE corporate tax, KSA tax and Zakat, VAT, B2G contracting
- Fluent English; Arabic is a meaningful advantage
- Sector exposure to technology, SaaS, govtech, defence or security is a strong plus

Role Overview
- Zenith Group is hiring a Group CFO to own the full financial agenda as the company grows from an SME into a multi country regional platform.
What You'll Own
- Financial planning & analysis: consolidated forecast and budgeting cycle.
- Audit, controls & reporting: lead audit, IFRS consolidated reporting, control environment.
- Working capital & cash management: receivables cycle, cash flow forecasting.
- Tax & treasury across jurisdictions: UAE corporate tax, VAT, KSA tax, Zakat, transfer pricing.
- Commercial finance partnership: contract pricing, margin analysis, unit economics.
- Team build: recruit and lead finance function.
- Portfolio oversight: financial oversight of founder's other business interests.
- Capital raise leadership: lead financial workstream of growth capital raise.
Who You Are
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including CFO, deputy CFO or finance director level.
- Experience in multi entity environment, building finance functions.
- Led a fundraise, sale or institutional capital event end to end.
- Knowledge of GCC operating environment.
- Sector exposure to technology, SaaS, govtech, defence or security is a plus.
- Investor ready presence, high integrity, commercial curiosity.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a meaningful advantage.
