Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the company's financial management strategy and budget aligned with long term goals
- Lead long term forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic financial modeling
- Establish credit policies, tax strategies, and compliance controls to manage financial risks
- Oversee payroll, invoice lifecycle, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting
- Lead cash flow analysis, bank reconciliation, and financial coordination across organizational units
- Enhance transparency in financial reporting and documentation for auditing and internal review
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis insights
- Lead workforce planning, team development, and performance management within financial management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a related field, including 6 years in a leadership role
- Must hold a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFR) from ACCA
- Preferred certifications: CMA, FMVA, CFP, or CFA

Role Summary
- The individual will oversee financial operations through planning systems, reports, and governance to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Key Tasks
- Contribute to development of company vision, mission, and strategy
- Develop financial management plan and budget aligned with strategy
- Set performance objectives for financial management and monitor progress
- Provide advice to CEO on strategic financial issues
- Recommend structure and resources for financial management
- Approve annual budget and financial management policies
- Create system for monitoring execution and performance
- Make key decisions related to financial management
- Develop financial planning framework for long term capital allocation
- Lead long term forecasting and annual budget preparation
- Design strategic financial models for scenario analysis
- Establish credit policies and criteria for client creditworthiness
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in a related field, including 6 years in a leadership role
Certifications
- Preferred: CMA, FMVA, CFP, or CFA
- Must hold DipIFR from ACCA
