Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, AP, AR, general ledger, and month end/year end closing
- Maintain monthly accrual schedules for pending shipping freights, customs duties, port demurrage, and unbilled supplier deliveries
- Manage letters of credit, structured trade finance, and foreign exchange risks
- Monitor daily cash flows, optimize working capital, and maintain relationships with UAE corporate banks
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns, ensure Corporate Tax compliance, and coordinate audits
- Prepare monthly financial statements, margin analyses by product line, and budget variance reports
- Audit warehouse inventory values, analyze landing costs, and monitor supply chain expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) highly preferred
- Minimum 4 6 years of stable experience in UAE in General Trading, Import/Export, or Commodity Trading
- Deep understanding of trade documentation (Bill of Lading, LC mechanisms, Incoterms)
- Proficiency in enterprise accounting software (Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or ERP)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, cash flow modeling)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an added advantage
- Willing to work on site in Al Ras area, Deira

Role Overview
- We are seeking a hands on, commercially astute CFO / Finance Manager to oversee our complete financial operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, AP, AR, general ledger bookkeeping, and month end/year end closing procedures.
- Maintain and update monthly accrual schedules for pending shipping freights, customs clearing duties, port demurrage, and unbilled supplier deliveries.
- Manage letters of credit (LCs), structured trade finance, and foreign exchange (FX) risks.
- Monitor daily cash flows, optimize working capital, and maintain strong relationships with local UAE corporate banking partners.
- Handle accurate preparation and filing of UAE VAT returns, ensure compliance with Corporate Tax regulations, and coordinate audits.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, margin analyses by product line, and budget variance reports.
- Work closely with the logistics team to audit warehouse inventory values, analyze landing costs, and monitor supply chain expenditures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are highly preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of stable experience in the UAE, specifically within a General Trading, Import/Export, or Commodity Trading business model.
- Deep understanding of trade documentation (Bill of Lading, LC mechanisms, shipping terms/Incoterms).
- Proficiency in enterprise accounting software (Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or specialized ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, cash flow modeling).
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on site at our corporate office/showroom in the Al Ras area, Deira.

- Monthly Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 9,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
