HEILBRONN PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and drive long-term growth in Dubai. The role requires overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to executive management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, financial risks, and investment planning
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across all business units
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, corporate governance, and statutory reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities
- Lead annual audits, financial reporting, and internal control processes
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth, investments, and operational decisions
- Oversee finance and accounting teams, ensuring high standards of performance and continuous development
- Evaluate financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, and other strategic initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is mandatory (MBA in Finance is an advantage)
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in the construction, contracting, or real estate industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, corporate finance, and UAE financial regulations
- Proven experience in leading finance teams and driving organizational financial performance
- Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning, and decision making skills
