Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
The CFO will oversee all financial operations, ensure fiscal discipline, and support business growth strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, reporting, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial teams, navigating financial regulations, and advising executive leadership on financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Strategy:** Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- **Financial Reporting:** Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- **Risk Management:** Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company’s assets are protected and financial processes are compliant with regulatory standards.
- **Leadership:** Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the team is aligned with corporate goals.
- **Investment Planning:** Provide insight on capital structure, investment opportunities, and financing options to optimize the company's financial performance.
- **Collaboration with Leadership:** Work closely with the CEO and other executives to provide financial insights that will guide strategic business decisions.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar leadership role in a related industry (ideally trading, manufacturing, or distribution).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and risk management.
- Experience in strategic financial planning, business forecasting, and managing complex financial operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
