About the Role
Aroma Group seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead finance functions including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management. Requires 8-10 years of senior finance experience and a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision making
- Lead long term financial planning and business forecasting
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data and present reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, VAT requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior management experience
- Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, ISA and other financial standards is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
